Gold Support is designed for organizations that requires consistent phone support during normal business hours. This includes unlimited access to an Aimetis Support Agent during normal business hours (Monday through Friday) with online support options available 24 x 7. Gold Maintenance is available as a subscription with software purchases, bundled within the license cost with some products. Gold Support is valid for a specific duration of time, and consists of product support, upgrade insurance and health monitoring.
- Product Support
includes live toll-free telephone* support in supported languages** during regular business hours, Monday through Friday only (unlimited service requests).
- Upgrade Insurance
is a program that guarantees that customers will receive the latest versions of their specified Aimetis products for the subscription period.
- Health Monitoring
is recommended as a minimal level of support. The complete health of your software system will be remotely monitored and problems will be proactively detected and solved.
Platinum Support
Platinum Support is designed for organizations that require fast, around-the-clock access to support. Platinum Support includes all support options included in the Golden Support however agents are available 24/7

To purchase support contracts for your Aimetis product, please
contact Aimetis for a reseller or partner in your area for assistance and pricing. Aimetis does not sell Support Contracts directly to customers.
